Emmanuel is the Chief Executive Officer of CEC Africa. He has over twenty-five years of service in the electricity sector, having spent most of his early professional years in the operations and maintenance area. His major areas of interest are in asset management and infrastructure development. For the past decade, he has concentrated on project development and investment management with a focus on West African power infrastructure. He is registered to practice engineering in Zambia and Nigeria.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with Honours (BEng Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the UK; a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Maintenance Management from the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Copperbelt University in Zambia.
