Dr George Nwangwu has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer spanning various aspects of legal practice and academia in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He advises on corporate finance, project finance, development finance and other transaction work in oil and gas, power and telecommunications, loan and equity offerings; and mergers and acquisitions. He has lectured at the University of Lagos and the University of London (external program); and is alumnus of the University of Lagos, Nigeria Law School and University College London.
